Nootropics Frontline is serving customers worldwide, providing some of latest science-based research chemicals and nutritional products.
Hours and Days of Operation
Nootropics Frontline is available to help answer questions related to ordering products, returns and the website in general on regular business days, Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Central European Time.
Please contact our Customer Care with your questions or comments at support@nootropicsfrontline.com. We speak English language only.
When writing to us via e-mail we will reply within 1 or 2 business days. If you need immediate assistance, or haven’t received an order confirmation within the first business day of purchase, please email us.
Shipping & handling
We ship directly from our warehouse in Poland through our trusted delivery partners UPS or DHL.
Our warehouse ships within the same day if orders are placed Monday-Friday before 14:00 CET. Otherwise, orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. The average delivery time depends on the country being shipped.
Note, weekends and holidays are not business days, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the order may be processed or shipped only on the following business day, Monday.
Customs & Non-EU
You will always find our prices include VAT and duties, and our delivery rates as fixed. Customers who order for delivery outside EU may be subjected to additional local import duties, which will be paid by the customer.
Delivery locations that can be affected by this: Canary Islands, San Marino, Vatican City, Campione d’Italia – Livigno, Norway Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. If questions, please check your local customs rules or contact our Customer Care.
Returns
Products sold on Nootropics Frontline are considered as not returnable.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to unanimously decide on a refund payment method.
Replacements
We replace items if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same product or products, send us an email at support@nootropicsfrontline.com and send your product/products to:

All prices shown in the online shop are current in EUR € and include VAT and duties, for customers in the EU zone. You are able to see the pricing in other currencies, but all funds for the purchase will be withdrawn in EURO or cryptocurrency selected as a payment method in Order page.
